Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Beach Natural Monthly Body Care Kit Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Beach Natural, 5000 S Croatan Hwy, Suite 205, Nags Head, NC 27959 (the "Sponsor"). Questions: info@beach-natural.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, and anyone involved in running the Giveaway are not eligible. Void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Periods

The Giveaway runs in monthly entry periods. The first entry period begins on October 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 14, 2026. Each later entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on the 15th day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the 14th day of the following month. The Sponsor may end the Giveaway at any time by posting notice on this page; any entry period already underway will be completed and its prize awarded.

4. How to Enter

During an entry period, enter your email address in the Giveaway entry form at beach-natural.com, or sign up for the Beach Natural email list through any signup form on beach-natural.com. Entering is free. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per entry period; duplicate entries in the same period count as one. People already on our email list may enter each month using the Giveaway entry form.

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Beach Natural. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing will not cancel an entry you have already made for the current entry period. Entries made with automated tools, multiple or disposable email addresses, or false information are void.

5. Prize

One (1) prize is awarded each entry period: a Beach Natural Body Care Kit containing one (1) Twist Up Lotion Tube, one (1) Magnesium Sleep & Muscle Spray, and one (1) Full Body Magnesium Deodorant Spray, with the winner's choice of available scents. Approximate retail value (ARV): $40.00. Shipping within the United States is paid by the Sponsor. No cash or other substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is allowed, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On the 15th day of each month, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period that ended the day before. The first drawing will be held on November 15, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in that period.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter and must reply within seven (7) days to confirm eligibility, choose scents, and provide a U.S. shipping address. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries. The prize will be shipped within approximately 14 days after confirmation.

8. Publicity

With the winner's permission, the Sponsor may announce the winner's first name, last initial, and city or state. No other personal information will be published.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway is used to run the Giveaway and to send Beach Natural emails, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell entrant information.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect its fairness. To the extent permitted by law, by accepting a prize the winner releases the Sponsor from any liability arising from the Giveaway or the prize. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

11. Not Affiliated with Social Platforms

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Google, or any other platform.

12. Winners List

To request the name of a winner, email info@beach-natural.com with the subject "Giveaway Winner" within 60 days after the end of the relevant entry period.
