An End-of-Day Ritual
After a day of surfing, paddling or chasing kids down the beach, a few minutes of self-care goes a long way. Magnesium is at the center of two of our favorites.
Our Magnesium Sleep and Muscle Spray is magnesium chloride dissolved in water, with wintergreen and rosemary oils for a cool tingle and sweet almond oil to keep skin soft. Many people like to mist it on their feet or shoulders as part of a wind-down routine. A light tingle is normal with magnesium.
Our Magnesium Salt Scrub uses Dead Sea salt, which naturally contains magnesium and other minerals, with coconut oil and cocoa butter. It buffs away dry, flaky skin and leaves it soft.
